Entry is a sandy beach about 100 m downstream of the bridge on the left bank, on the path toward Ladra. You swim upstream under the arch to the first rapids, then come back along the bed. The current is moderate but constant — extra weight helps, and a torch shows the undercuts where the big trout sit. Depth runs 7 to 8 m and shifts year to year as the gravel moves; when it is low enough there is a natural stone arch on the bottom.

It is advised not to dive this dive when Soča flows above 10 m³/s. Even if the website shows the flow under 10 m³/s, use your judgement on-site, as the conditions can vary quickly.
